Return Policy
At Bluff Country Quilting, LLC, we understand that choosing a burial wrap is a deeply personal decision. We handle every order, return request, and customer concern with care, respect, and sensitivity.
Because our burial wraps are handcrafted for end-of-life care, we accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the burial wrap must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Free from odors, stains, or marks
- Returned in its original packaging, if available
- In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For health, dignity, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any burial wrap that has been used, handled in preparation for burial, washed, altered, damaged, or removed from clean storage conditions.
Custom, personalized, or special-order items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
If the issue is our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Bluff Country Quilting, LLC is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
